I want working with me to feel easy from the very beginning. You don’t need to know how to pose, what to do with your hands, where we should shoot, or how to build the perfect timeline - that’s what I’m here for.

I’ll help you plan the details, answer the super specific questions, offer guidance when you want it & make sure you never feel like you’ve been handed a camera facing pop quiz. When it’s finally time to shoot, my goal is for you to stop thinking so much about being photographed & actually enjoy what’s happening.

Expect plenty of direction, terrible jokes, encouragement, movement & probably more talking than you anticipated. I’ll fix the little things when they need fixing, give you something to do when you’re feeling awkward, & step back when something real is unfolding in front of me.

Above all, I want this to feel like an experience you got to participate in - not a performance you had to put on for the camera. The photographs are incredibly important, but I want the memories surrounding them to be pretty damn good, too.
